Most clear bonuses are acquired after completing the final stage of each individual game's section. These include the former 'save file transfer' exclusive items and an amount of WP points (since they are no longer acquired by completing the Skill Point of the stage). Complete Box also included an automatic level up system so units that are less useful in the early game can be more easily caught up later.

Using the 'gsw04_import' application included with the game, you can use a cleared save of FMW Dream to unlock 1,000,000 points and a free Genji item at the start of every new save file.
