'''Jamil Neate''' (ジャミル・ニート ''Jyamiru Nīto'') is the leader of a group of vultures onboard the Freeden and is also its main captain in ''[[After War Gundam X]]''. Much of his character and past is hidden and kept to himself, but the reemergence of the Gundam X forces him to reveal all the memories he has bottled inside for 15 years.

Jamil is a Universal Century Gundam fanboy's dream character. He's got the prestige of [[Amuro Ray]] and the sketchy character of [[Char Aznable]]. His skill and stats are on par with most Universal Century Gundam ace pilots and he also has the Newtype skill. The only problem about Jamil is that he usually spends his early game being the captain of the Freeden, a ship that doesn't have any fancy beam cannons or other forms of heavy artillery other than a pair of simple front-mounted cannons. Players should still give the Freeden experience so that Jamil can transition into a mobile suit piloting beast and the rest of the crew won't be left in the dust.
