Full Upgrade Bonuses
When all stats except weapons are upgraded by 10 ranks, the unit will receive a Full Upgrade Bonus chosen from the following list:

Custom Upgrade Bonuses
In addition, each unit receives a specific Custom Bonus when all stats except weapon power have been upgraded by 5 ranks:
