ECOAS (エコーズ Ekōzu) is a special forces unit part of the Earth Federation Forces from Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn. ECOAS is an acronym that stands for Earth Colony Asteroid. ECOAS specializes in black-ops and classified missions and is capable of operating in all conditions and terrain as implied by their unit name. Their structure of command does not follow typical Earth Federation rank and authority and their existence is also secret to the majority of the Earth Federation Forces itself.
