Ace bonus is gained at 60 kills. Ace bonus gives +5 starting Morale, 1.1x Funds generation (does not stack with Bless), and a pilot-specific bonus. Additionally, Acing a pilot unlocks a conversation in the "Onboard" sections of the Mission menu. Watching that conversation grants a 50 PP reward and a Stat Skill Program.
Great Ace bonus is gained at 80 kills, it gives ExC+1 and increases SP from 50% to 75% when sortied.
The Proud Ace skill lowers Ace and Great Ace kill requirements to 50 and 70, respectively.
Super Ace bonus is gained at 300 kills, it gives "Increased universal effect of Ace Bonus", +10 starting Morale, and 1.3x Funds generation.
