Newtype	ニュータイプ	-	Increased hit and dodge rates, also gives bonuses to the range of psycommu-based weaponry. Improves with each level up to level 9.
Enhanced Human	強化人間	-	Increased hit and dodge rates, improves with each level up to level 9.
Aura Warrior	聖戦士	-	Increased damage and dodge rates, increases Aura Barrier effectiveness with each level up to level 9.
Shield Defense	シールド防御	-	With each level up (up to level 9), unit is more likely to defend against an attack with a shield.
Sword Cut	斬り払い	-	With each level up (up to level 9), unit is more likely to negate attacks with swords, solid projectiles, or physical strikes.
Potential	蠎募鴨	-	When HP is at 1/8th, unit is 50% more likely to strike a critical hit.
Telekinesis	念動力	-	With each level up (up to level 9), hit and evade are increased.
SP Regenerate	SP回復	-	Restores 10 Spirit Points every turn.
Concentrate	集中力	-	Seishin costs are reduced to 80%.
Genius	天才	-	Leveling up requires less EXP.
President	社長	-	Enemies give out 1.2x more money when an enemy is destroyed.
Hero	勇者	-	Surrounding teammates receive bonuses to hit, evade, and damage.
Prevail	底力	-	Pilot's statistics increase as HP decreases
Guts	ガッツ	-	If the pilot would be shot down, they'll remain with 10 HP.
