Secret Scenarios
Secret Scenarios are hidden stages in the game, unlocked via special conditions. They do not have SR Points, but most result in additional units.
Secret Scenario: Black Brave Express
Mightgaine, Guard Diver and Tribomber must have a total combined kills of ?? after stage 17.
Secret Scenario: Thought Patterns

Special Scenario: New Force
Only available if you have the Special Scenario: Galvanizing Hope unlocked.
Special Scenario: A New Hope Grows
Only available if you don't have the Special Scenario: Galvanizing Hope unlocked.
Secret Scenario: Come the Messenger
Shinji must be aced and defeat the 9th Angel, Mazinger Zero and the 10th Angel on stage Scenario 39: Wake up, Time to Die.
Note - You do not have to take any of the Evangelion route splits before stage 39.
Secret Scenario: Supporting a Long Journey
On stage 42 the Yamato must use Tactical Charge than after clearing the stage go to the factory for Nine's assessment to unlock.
