In this game, there are no refundables like the first game. You never are able to upgrade people without keeping them for the rest of the game, as far as I have played, but only one playthrough so far | |||

In this game, there are no refundables like the first game. You never are able to upgrade people without keeping them for the rest of the game, as far as I have played, but only one playthrough so far
