Pilot Skills

Skill	Japanese	PP Cost	Description
Newtype	ニュータイプ	-	Increased hit and dodge rates, also gives bonuses to the range of psycommu-based weaponry. Improves with each level up to level 9.
Enhanced Human	強化人間	-	Increased hit and dodge rates, improves with each level up to level 9.
Psychic Power	念動力	-	Increased hit and dodge rates, improves the effectiveness of Telekinetic Fields. Improves with each level up to level 9.
ESP	超能力	-	Increased hit, dodge, and critical hit rates. Improves with each level up to level 9.
Brave	勇者	-	Increased hit, dodge, critical, and armor ratings. Improves with each level up to level 9.
SEED	SEED	-	At 140+ morale, gives +10% to damage dealt, and +10% to hit and dodge rates.
Command	指揮官	-	Increases nearby ally's Hit/Evade stats. Improves range and effectiveness with each level up to level 9.
SP Regenerate	ＳＰ回復	-	Restores 10 Spirit Points every turn.
Beastfication	野生化	-	At 130+ morale, gives +25% to damage dealt.
Genius	天才	-	+20% to hit, dodge, and critical hit rates.
Good Luck	強運	-	+20% to money gained from destroying enemy units.
Mental Resistance	精神耐性	-	Pilot is immune to all status effects.
Synchro Rate	シンクロ率	-	This is special stat for Evangelion pilots only, and does not count as one of the six skills any pilot can have. Synchro Rate determines how much damage their AT Field will prevent. A higher Synchro Rate means more damage prevention, and vice versa.
