When all stats except weapons are upgraded by 10 ranks, the unit will receive a Full Upgrade Bonus chosen from the following list:

| Change one terrain affinity to "S" |
| Increase movement range by 1 |
| Increase weapon range by 1 (except for MAP and range 1 weapons) |
| Halve EN cost of barrier |
| Add one enhancement parts slot |
In addition, each unit receives a specific Custom Bonus when all stats have been upgraded by 5 ranks:
