Gensou Shoujo Wars/Personal Skills

Personal Skills are essentially Ace Bonuses, but acquired through level up instead. Only one PS can be equipped at a time, and many of them level up. Some of the effects have changed throughout the games, but for the sake of convenience this page only lists Personal Skills as of FMW I.

• Youkai Buster L1: Damage dealt to Youkai +10%.
  • Youkai Buster L2 (level 35): Damage dealt to Youkai +15%.
• Duplex Barrier (level 15): Reduces incoming damage by 500. Costs 10 MP. Replaced by Enhanced Duplex Barrier in stage 39R.
  • Enhanced Duplex Barrier: Duplex Barrier's damage reduction is increased by 500.
• Intuition (level 18): Critical hit chance +20%, accuracy -10%.

• Danmaku Power L1: Next attack consumes 30% more MP, but deals 15% more damage. 3 uses per stage.
  • Danmaku Power L2 (level 17): Next attack consumes 65% more MP, but deals 25% more damage. 2 uses per stage.
  • Danmaku Power L3 (level 42): Next attack consumes 100% more MP, but deals 40% more damage. 1 use per stage.
• Hard Worker: Experience gained +20%.
• Magic Thruster L1 (level 9): Accuracy and evasion +15% for one turn. 3 uses per stage, costs 10 MP.
  • Magic Thruster L2 (level 34): Accuracy and evasion +25% for one turn. 3 uses per stage, costs 20 MP.
• Speed Star (level 25): While unfocused, move +1 and evasion +15%.
• Enhanced Magic Barrier L1 (level 20): Magic Barrier replaced by Magic Barrier+, barrier strength +300.
  • Enhanced Magic Barrier L2 (level 30): Magic Barrier replaced by Magic Barrier+, barrier strength +550.
  • Enhanced Magic Barrier L3 (level 40): Magic Barrier replaced by Magic Barrier+, barrier strength +800.

• Magic Charge: Recover 10% MP at the start of each turn.

• Vampire L1: Recovers health equal to 10% of damage dealt.
  • Vampire L2 (level 16): Recovers health equal to 20% of damage dealt.
  • Vampire L3 (level 28): Recovers health equal to 25% of damage dealt.
  • Vampire L4 (level 41): Recovers health equal to 30% of damage dealt.
• Break the Sabbath: Next attack inflicts "cannot evade or defend" status for one turn. 3 uses per stage.
• Night Owl: Accuracy and evasion +20% while in night terrain.
• Safe Spot: 100% accuracy if enemy cannot counterattack, or if making an assist or support attack.

Elly

• Perdition L1: Increases critical rate against nearby targets.
  • Perdition L2 (level 30): Increases critical rate against nearby targets.
• Tile Danmaku: Next attack inflicts "cannot move" status for one turn. 3 uses per stage.
• Gatekeeper L1: -10% damage taken when support defending.
  • Gatekeeper L2 (level 21): -20% damage taken when support defending.
  • Gatekeeper L3 (level 42): -25% damage taken when support defending.
• Unbreakable Heart (level 38): Cost of Vigor is reduced to 10 SP.

Yuuka Kazami

• Bloom: Damage dealt +15% at 150 Power.
• A Flower in Return: Counterattack damage +15%.
• Aloof Flower: Doubles the effect of Diligence.

• Puppeteer L1: Improves accuracy and evasion for Alice and all dolls within a 1-square radius. Bonus is +8% for each doll affected.
  • Puppeteer L2 (level 28): Improves accuracy and evasion for Alice and all dolls within a 2-square radius. Bonus is +8% for each doll affected.
  • Puppeteer L3 (level 41): Improves accuracy and evasion for Alice and all dolls within a 3-square radius. Bonus is +8% for each doll affected.
• Doll Master (level 30): Can use Doll Creation two additional times per stage.
• Shanghai Doll (level 15): Creates a Shanghai Doll unit. 2 uses per stage, costs 40 MP.
• Danmaku Brains L1 (level 20): Critical hits deal 10% more damage.
  • Danmaku Brains L2 (level 46): Critical hits deal 15% more damage.
• Enhanced Magic Barrier L1 (level 18): Magic Barrier replaced by Magic Barrier+, barrier strength +300.
  • Enhanced Magic Barrier L2 (level 28): Magic Barrier replaced by Magic Barrier+, barrier strength +550.
