SP Commands

Scan 偵察 1 Enemy/ Twin View an enemy's stats.
Focus 集中 Self For 1 turn, hit & evade rates increase by 30%.
Strike 必中 Self For 1 turn, hit rate becomes 100% and enemies cannot dodge with Double Image. Does not override Alert.
Inspire 感応 1 Ally For 1 turn, hit rate becomes 100% and enemies cannot dodge with Double Image. Does not override Alert.
Feint (Flash) ひらめき Self 100% chance to evade the next attack.
Instinct 直感 Self Use Strike & Flash at once.
