Secret Scenarios
Secret Scenarios are hidden stages in the game, unlocked via special conditions. They do not have SR Points, but most result in additional units.
Secret Scenario: Supporting a Long Journey
On state 42 the Yamato must use Tactical Charge than after clearing the stage go to the factory for Nine's assessment.
Black Might Gaine
Tribomber, Guard Diver and Might Gaine must have a combined number of kills either by Stage 14 or Stage 17 (Japan route)

Evangelion Unit 13
After clearing, Shinji will be able to switch between Evangelion Unit 01 and Evangelion Unit 13. Kaworu Nagisa will be present as the Sub Pilot for Unit 13.
