Secret Scenarios
Secret Scenarios are hidden stages in the game, unlocked via special conditions. They do not have SR Points, but most result in additional units.
Secret Scenario: Black Brave Express
Maito, Guard Diver and Tribomber must have a total combined kill count of 60 by Scenario 17.
Note - Characters gain kill counts automatically if you don't choose their route splits when they rejoin. So if their added kill counts combined from those gained from not choosing their route split with their combined kill counts before the route split add up to, or are greater, than ?? by the end of Scenario 17, when the route split ends, you will still unlock the Secret Scenario: Black Brave Express.
Secret Scenario: Thought Patterns
Sousuke must shoot down Gauron on scenario 25. Sousuke, Kurtz, and Mao might need ??? combined kills.
Special Scenario: New Force
Only available if you have the Special Scenario: Galvanizing Hope unlocked.
Special Scenario: A New Hope Grows
Only available if you don't have the Special Scenario: Galvanizing Hope unlocked.
Secret Scenario: Come the Messenger
Shinji must defeat the 9th Angel, Mazinger Zero and the 10th Angel on Scenario 39: Wake up, Time to Die.
Note - You do not have to take any of the Evangelion route splits before scenario 39.
Secret Scenario: Supporting a Long Journey
On Scenario 42: Beyond the Gloomy Light the Yamato must use Tactical Charge than after clearing the stage go to the factory for Nine's assessment to unlock.

By Stage 50, have 25 Ace Pilots

Clear the Secret Scenario: Thought Patterns to unlock Bonta-Kun for Sousuke.
Evangelion Unit 13
Clear the Secret Scenario: Come the Messenger to unlock Evangelion Unit 13 for Shinji to pilot alongside Kaworu.
Secret Weapons
Phase Transition Cannon for Nadesico
Ruri Hoshino becomes an Ace Pilot by Scenario 37.
Secret Parts
Super Alloy Z
In Scenario 29, move Boss Borot onto a Kurogane Spa tile.
