Unlockable	Condition to Unlock
Kyodai Karakuri Raijin-Oh	On Sub Scenario 9, allow Raijin-Oh to be destroyed. The kids will redeploy in Kyodai Karakuri Raijin-Oh at the top left of the map. When you get the Raijin-Oh Team permanently, it will come with them. It might be something you have to do in a first playthrough of the sub scenario (untested) This secret is NOT in XO.
Aina Sahalin Extra Apsalus 2	In Sub Scenario 15, you must convince Aina with Shiro BEFORE DESTROYING THE ZANZABAR. You will obtain an extra Apsalus 2 In Scenario 20 Aina will join. It might be something you have to do in a first playthrough of the sub scenario (untested). Aina might not be a secret (untested)
Bernard "Bernie" Wiseman Extra Zaku 2	In Sub Scenario 17, destroy the Arms, Legs, and Head of Bernie's unit. You will obtain an extra Zaku 2 (NOT a Zaku 2 Kai) and Bernie after the stage. It might be something you have to do in a first playthrough of the sub scenario (untested)
Extra Bat-Shu	In Sub Scenario 21, defeat the stage in 7 turns to obtain an extra Bat-Shu. It might be something you have to do in a first playthrough of the sub scenario (untested)
Fa Yuiri and a Ground Type GM	Complete Sub Scenario 29
Jack King & Mary King in Texas Mack	Complete Sub Scenario 32 Note that he will join you temporarily anyway for Mission 2.
Venus A	Complete Sub Scenario 33. Aphrodite A will turn into this.
Shin Great Mazinger	Complete Sub Scenario 33. Tetsuya and Great Mazinger will leave during the stage. When he returns later, his machine will have combination attacks with Mazinkaiser and all around upgrades.
Layzner Mk 2	When you play Scenario 34, if Eiji has over 20 kills at the start, you will be offered a choice between Enhanced Layzner or Layzner Mk 2. If you do not have 20 kills he will receive Enhanced Layzner automatically.
Four Murasame and Re-GZ	Complete Sub Scenario 34
Three Dragoons	Complete Sub Scenario 34 again.
Full Armor Gundam (parts)	Complete Sub Scenario 38. These must be equipped on the RX-78-2 Gundam as a frame in the menu.
Sazabi	Complete Sub Scenario 39 in five turns or less. It might be something you have to do in a first playthrough of the sub scenario (untested)
Puru 2 and Qubeley Mk 2 (Puru 2 Custom)	Fight Puru 2 with Puru in Stage 41. Then fight her with Judau twice. Judau must destroy Puru 2. (this can be the second battle encounter) If done successfully, Puru 2 and Puru will both leave the stage, and you will get her in the next intermission.
Nu Gundam	Complete Sub Scenario 42.
Daltanius Extra Attacks: Cannon Cubic and Kaen Attack Juumonji Giri	Complete Sub Scenario 45.
Daltanius Extra Attack: Choukuukan Energy Release	Complete Sub Scenario 48. Only works if you obtained the other two Secret Attacks.
