Combination Attacks

Combination Attacks are powerful attacks that have the following properties:

• They can only be used when certain pilots are using certain units (typically their canon units).
• Each of these specified units must be within eight squares of each other (or at least one other unit in the case of Formation R).
• The terrain that these specified units are occupying does not matter for the purposes of entering the initiating unit's terrain. For example, the R-3 Powered cannot land on the Ground terrain but will still enter it if the Combination Attack is initiated by the R-1 or R-2 Powered when they are on the Ground terrain.
• They require each pilot to have the minimum amount of Will and consume EN from each unit.
• They have the Barrier Bypass property and ignore the Support Defend Pilot Skill.

The Attack Power of the Combination Attack is the average Attack Power of all Source Attacks multiplied by the Factor value. The In-fighter and Gunfighter Pilot Skills are applied both to the Source Attacks and the Combination Attack.

• For example: if Kyosuke (without In-Fighter) and Excellen (with Gunfighter Lv3) each perform Rampage Ghost in OGs1, they will have these Attack Power values:
  • Kyosuke: (3700 + 4500 + 150) / 2 * 1.5 = 6262
  • Excellen: ((3700 + 4500 + 150) / 2 * 1.5) + 150 = 6412

The Attack Power values listed below do not include any modifiers such as Pilot Skills, Full Upgrade Bonuses, Relationship Bonuses, etc.

• It is cheaper to upgrade the Oxtongue Launcher W on the Rein Weissritter.
• If Kyosuke has In-fighter Lv9 and Excellen has Gunfighter Lv9, the Attack Power at x10 upgrades is 9385 and x15 upgrades is 10685.

Formation R

• T-LINK Knuckle: 3700 - 5600 - 6600, x10 upgrades costs 275000.
• Hi-Zol Launcher (Barrage): 4500 - 6100 - 7100, x10 upgrades costs 357500.

• Hi-Twin Launcher: 4700 - 6300 - 7300, x10 upgrades costs 357500.
• HTB Cannon is Ranged for Ryusei despite TK Burst Slash being Melee.
• If Ryusei and Viletta have Gunfighter Lv9, the Attack Power at x10 upgrades is 11675 and x15 upgrades is 13175.

HTB Cannon (Mai)

• TK Burst Slash: 6500 - 8100 - 9100, x10 upgrades costs 357500.
• Hi-Twin Launcher: 4700 - 6300 - 7300, x10 upgrades costs 357500.
• HTB Cannon is Ranged for Ryusei despite TK Burst Slash being Melee.
• If Ryusei and Mai have Gunfighter Lv9, the Attack Power at x10 upgrades is 12430 and x15 upgrades is 14030.

Royal Heartbreaker

• Sonic Driver: 4000 - 5900 - 6900, x10 upgrades costs 275000.
• Sonic Driver: 4000 - 5900 - 6900, x10 upgrades costs 275000.
• If Lat and Shine have In-fighter Lv9, the Attack Power at x10 upgrades is 9100 and x15 upgrades is 10500.

Tornado Blade

• Colossal Storm: 6100 - 6900 - 7900, x10 upgrades costs 412500.
• Sturm Angriff: 5500 - 7100 - 8100, x10 upgrades costs 357500.
• It is cheaper to upgrade the Sanshiki Zankantou on Sanger's Grungust Type 3 for 357500.
• If Sanger has In-fighter Lv9 and Ratsel has Gunfighter Lv9, the Attack Power at x10 upgrades is 10640 and x15 upgrades is 12040.

Twin Bird Strike

• Stag Beetle Crusher: 4000 - 5900 - 6900, x10 upgrades costs 165000.
• Oxtongue Rifle W: 4700 - 6300 - 7300, x10 upgrades costs 357500.
• Cannot be used if Arado is in the Wildwurger L.
• If Arado has In-fighter Lv9 and Seolla has Gunfighter Lv9, the Attack Power at x10 upgrades is 9380 and x15 upgrades is 10780.
