During the opening cutscene of stage 17 after the first route split ends Dejiko will set up a branch of her store chain Gamers In Dokoka town.
After stage 27 Usada and Puchiko will join Dejiko in running Gamers, which results in the number of items stocked after each stage increasing.
The store will stock a random assortment of items after every stage for the player to purchase, but acts differently to the regular store.
Items bought from Gamers will vary in price compared than their counterparts in the regular store, sometimes being cheaper and other times more expensive.
Certain items sold in Gamers can only be found there.
There is only 1 of every item shown on the list of buyable items in stock.
Gamers also has a reward system where for every 1000G spent you get 1GP (Gamer points).
GP can be redeemed in the store for high tier items that can't usually be purchased or they can be used to upgrade your weapons and armor for a similar price to the regular shop.
The amount you can upgrade a character will be limited by story progression. See https://akurasu.net/wiki/%E8%B6%85%E3%83%92%E3%83%AD%E3%82%A4%E3%83%B3%E6%88%A6%E8%A8%98_-_Super_Heroine_Chronicle/Equipment_Enhancement for an exact list of prices and when higher upgrade levels unlock
Among the items that can be gotten by redeeming GP there is the Heavens Chocolate (天にょ降臨チョコ) which costs a whopping 1000GP.
The effect of the item when used as a character is currently unknown as all its description says is "Something supposedly happens to the character you use it on...", but purchasing the item does net you an achievement.
