Secrets
Get a Second V Gundam
During scenario 3 "The Shrike Team's Fierce Struggle," don't let Oliver be shot down. Alternatively, clear scenario 3 "Rescuing the Z Gundam," in after the 7th turn as finished.
Getter Q
Don't let Michiru be shot down during scenario 4 "City of Schemes".
Four
If Getter Q and Michiru didn't join then during scenario 10 "Marionette Four," convince Four with Kamille.
Gunblaster
If Getter Q and Michiru joined, then you will get it automatically after scenario 6 "Fateful Encounter at Side 6."
Zoloat
If Getter Q and Michiru joined, then you will get it automatically during scenario 17 "Fierce Struggle at the Jupitris."
Elmeth
You must recruit Getter Q and Michiro, then during scenario 7 "A Cosmic Glow" convince Lalah with Amuro after defeating Char.
Lalah
If Getter Q joined then during episode 7B "Shiny Universe" convince Lalah with Amuro and during episode 16 "To the universe" have Amuro battle Char.
Kochoki
Reduce Kochoki's HP to below 33%, then convince her with any Getter Robo pilot.
Minerva X
Don't recruit Kochoki. Then, during scenario 9 "M'Quve's Trap," convince Minerva X with Koji.
Qubeley Mk-II
During scenario 15 "Scirocco's Shadow," convince Puru with Judau. Then, during scenario 19 "Solar Ray Start Up," convince Puru twice with Judau.
V2 Assault Buster
After acquiring the V2 Gundam, fully upgrade the unit and it will change to the V2 Assault Buster.
Valsione
