Quick Leveling of LUV
For arms and weapons than cannot be equipped with arms, go to an area where you can easily withstand a hit from an enemy, equip the item you want to level the LUV up on and find a group of enemies to hit you repeatedly. The LUV on the item will be maxed out within 5 minutes.
