Unlockable	Condition to Unlock
Nicol & Blitz Gundam	On stage 30, defeat Nicol. On stage 35, defeat Bartfeld. On stage 36, defeat Nicol before Gauron appears, then defeat Yzak and Dearka before Gauron. Take the ORB route (Search for Kaname かなめを探しに行く) at stage 37 and when Kira and Athrun duel, make sure they fight at least 3 times, and then have Kira defeat Athrun before the event automatically plays out. On stage 42, have Kira convince Athrun after fighting him once. You will get Nicol and the Blitz Gundam after that scenario.
Yzak & Duel Gundam	On stage 43 split, take the SEED route (Pursue the Martian Successor 火星の後継者を追う). Have Dearka fight then convince Yzak on stage 45. Take the SEED route (Stop ZAFT ザフトを止める) at stage 50. On stage 51, when the Regenerate Gundam is destroyed, the Duel Gundam must still be alive.
Canard & Hyperion	Take the SEED route (Stop ZAFT ザフトを止める) on 50. On stage 50, when Canard appears as a neutral, reduce him to below 50% HP, then have Kira fight him. Then defeat him with Prayer. He'll join during 52.
Red Frame's Finisher, Red Strike	Take SEED route (Stop ZAFT ザフトを止める) on 50. When fighting Regenerate Gundam, have Red Frame finish it. Red Frame must be in Powered mode, not Flight/Loader.
J-Phoenix	On stage 49, defeat Guy within five player phases.
Strike Gundam IWSP Parts	On stage 35, after defeating Bartfeld, have Cagalli kill at least 5 of the FMP grunts (7 to be safe). The kills can also be done on stage 38 ORB route (Search for Kaname かなめを探しに行く on stage 37), as long as she has 5~7 kills before stage 39. Recieved before 46.
Lightning Striker Parts	When stage 10 is over, Mwu must have 10 or more kills (he appears on stages 3 and 10). Received before 46.
Leave-Type Solid Armour	Youko must get 10 or more kills before the end of stage 41 (she appears on stages 4, 10 and 39). Recieved before 46.
Bonta-kun	Bonta-kun must destroy 10 or more enemies in his appearances in stage 8, 12 (13 if on second playthrough), and 32.
Astromelia, Aestavalis II & Daitetsujin	When fighting the Kaguradzuki on stage 24, defeat it rather than moving the Nadesico to the marked point. Recieved AFTER 46, along with 200k. If the above condition is not met, you will only get the Tetsujin.
Mazinger Z	Take Paris split on stage 37. Defeat Ankoku Daishogun within five player phases.
Combine Ryu robots into GenRyuJin and GouRyuJin	Deploy HyoRyu, EnRyu, FuRyu AND RaiRyu initially on stage 49.
Ed "The Ripper"	On stage 42, have Lowe convince him. Take the SEED route (Stop ZAFT ザフトを止める) at stage 50. Deploy Lowe on 50, and have Lowe convince him again.
Tekkaman Rapier	Defeat Evil in either stage 10 or 17; alternatively defeat Axe in stage 21. Take the Tekkaman Blade route (Defeat the Radum ラダムを倒す) at stage 50, and defeat Evil in that stage. Enters the fray in stage 52 as an ally.
