Secret stuff?

Takeru can convince Marg in stage 30(31?), might be a secret for later?

Crowe can convince Marguerite in stage 43 (This depends on the route. On the Gurren Lagann route, this was on Mission 42). She will join during Mission 49 if convinced. Otherwise she just leaves.

In the Last Red Shoulder stage (39), have Chirico finish off Ypsilon's Blood Sucker to get the ISS Scopedog. Upgrades are carried over.

Defeating Holland in Stage 49 can give SP Booster parts?

In two of the macross-plot stages for Alto You can choose whether to take Ranka or Sheryl into your cockpit, and for the next stage, which one to listen to to decide to play what song in your cockpit. A tiny choice, but might affect a secret later?

Its possible to get a Haro from the last Gundam 00 Stage. I didn't get one last time. Could be related to Gundam Dynames' total upgrade or Lockon's kill count.

On stage 7 of the Japan route (God Mars stage), the skill point is 'Defeat all enemies in 4 turns player phase, defeat Geru last'
