Ace bonus is gained at 60 kills. Ace bonus gives +5 starting Morale, 1.1x Funds generation (does not stack with Bless), and a pilot-specific bonus.
Great Ace bonus is gained at 80 kills, it gives ExC+1 and increases SP from 50% to 75% when sortied.
The Proud Ace skill lowers Ace and Great Ace kill requirements to 50 and 70, respectively.
