Oni Power 鬼力 Ignores decrease in damage dealt or increase in damage received due to size difference. At 130 Power, -10% damage taken. Suika, Yuugi
Mind Reading 読心 Casts Alert at the beginning of each turn. Increases Accuracy and Evasion rates depending on level (+10% at L1, +30% at L9). Satori, Koishi
Child of Miare 御阿礼の子 Increases damage dealt and all character stats depending on completion rate of the Library. A specific formula is unknown, but it is discernible that at 99% Library completion, all statistics +98, damage dealt +98%. Akyuu
Manifest Dream 夢顕 Consumes less SP for "Dream" spirit command as level increases. Makura (NG+)

Shotgunning 張り付き 180/320 Level cap 2. Increases final damage of Ranged attacks used at range 1 by 10%/20%. Has no effect for Support Attacks and Assist Attacks.
Hit & Away ヒット&アウェイ 350 Unit can move after attacking if they attack an enemy without moving.
Support Attack 援護攻撃 160/200/240/280 Level cap 4. A unit that has not attacked can support an adjacent unit with a follow-up attack at 2/3 damage for 1/2/3/4 times per turn.
Support Defense 援護防御 160/240/320/400 Level cap 4. Can defend an adjacent allied unit in the same terrain from an oncoming attack at 0.5 damage (no Shield Equipment) / 0.4 damage (with Shield Equipment) for 1/2/3/4 times per turn. Units in Slow Mode cannot Support Defend. Parry can still activate during Support Defend, but not Split Image.
Assist Boost 支援強化 150/300 Level cap 2. Increases damage of Assist attacks by 10%/20%.
Combo Attack 連携攻撃 150 Unit's Support Attack is guaranteed to be a Critical hit. Does not affect Assist Attacks.
Instinct 気合避け 50/(+15 each level) Level cap 9. Increases Accuracy and Evasion rates as HP decreases.

Grazing かすり 140/220 Reduces damage taken while Grazing by 50%/75%.
Pattern Type パターン化 160/200/240 Level cap 3. Grants a chance to activate Counter when attacked by an enemy. Rate increases with level and Skill stat difference ally unit and enemy unit.

Blocking ブロッキング 180/270/360 Level cap 3. Activates Parry and/or Shield Defense if the unit has Sword/Shield Equipment. Rate increases with level and Skill stat difference between ally unit and enemy unit.

Belief 信念 140/320 Level cap 2. At 130 Power, increases Melee and Ranged stats by 10/20, and Critical rates by 10%/15%.
Diligence 克己 250/300 Level cap 2. At 130 Power, increases activation rate of Parry, Shield Defense, Counter, and Split Image by 10%/15%.
Extend エクステンド 250/400 Level cap 2. At 150 Power, recovers 20%/33% max SP (or at least 20/30 SP). Only activates once per stage.
Distance Ignore 距離補正無視 140 Ignores accuracy and damage penalties when attacking an enemy from 6 range or higher.
Size Ignore サイズ差補正無視 270 Ignores damage penalty when attacking an enemy of larger Size.
Power Limit Break パワー限界突破 240 Raises unit's Power limit to 170.
MP Save 霊力節約 190 Reduces MP costs by 20%.
Ammo Save 弾数節約 190 Increases Weapon Ammo capacity by 50% (rounds up).
SP Up 精神上昇 30/(+50 each rank) Level cap 9. Increases max SP by 5 per level.
