"I haven't tested it yet, but the description of SP Get is definitely that it doesn't let you get more than 10SP per COMBAT ENCOUNTER, not per turn. So like I said, you don't get 10SP per enemy killed with map attacks, but that's the only limitation. "
"I just tested it. Gave it to Duo, had him use 45 sp, charge into the middle of a pile of enemies and next turn he was full. "
