Athrun, like his counterpart, Kira Yamato, is also a powerful pilot with great stats, a steroid SEED mode, and a great unit. His offensive stats, unlike Kira, are mostly focused towards close combat as his melee stats are remarkably higher than Kira's and the mobile suits he pilots are oriented for melee range.
