The second tab in the Gacha menu can take you to the Chip Exchange, a shop that sells units and consumable items in return for S-Chips. S-Chips can be acquired through a variety of methods such as quests rewards (completion, drop completion, or S-rank) and missions rewards.
Items marked in red are no longer available, but they may possibly return onto the store in the future.
