The second tab in the Gacha menu can take you to the Chip Exchange, a shop that sells units and consumable items in return for S-Chips. S-Chips can be acquired through a variety of methods such as quests rewards (completion, drop completion, or S-rank) and missions rewards. During some events, players may also acquired E-Chips that can also be redeemed for units and items in their own categories of the Chip Exchange.
Items marked in red are no longer available, but they may possibly return onto the store in the future.
