After Scenario 4 - Aura Battler choose 「先を急ぐ」.
Goraon, Elle, Vierres & Tod
After Scenario 4 - Aura Battler choose 「行ってみる」.
Wryneck & Riml
After Scenario 24 - Partings choose 「様子を見る」.
Ryune Route
Gran-Garan or Goraon
Before Scenario 5 - Valley of Spores choose 「そうだな」 for Gran-Garan or 「よけいなお世話」 for Goraon. If you use the ISS from the Masaki Route then you automatically get the ship that didn't join you during the Masaki Route.
Bastole & Garalia
In Scenario 6 - Surprised Attack convince Garalia with Ciela or Elle.
Geara Doga, Kayra, Zssa & Hathaway
In Scenario 7 - Counterattack convince either Kayra or Hathaway with Amuro or Kamille.
Doven Wolf
Available after Scenario 8 - Shadow of Volkruss if Kayra joined.
Fight Neo Granzon
After beating the Shu Route with Neo Granzon cheat active use the ISS from the Shu Route to fight the Neo Granzon in Scenario 11 - Shu Shirakawa.
3x Dreissen & Black Trinity
After Scenario 12 - The Black Tri Stars choose 「一緒に来るかい」.
Shu Route
Neo Granzon
After clearing the Masaki Route and the Ryune Route restart the game and during the time of the Banpresto logo press "Down, Up, Left, Right, L, R". Then start the Shu Route without ISS.
3x Baund Doc, Jerid, Lila & Karcricon
After Scenario 2 - Warring Demon GoShogun choose 「遠回り」 and convince them with Shu during Scenario 3 - Mercenary of Bagonia.
Hyaku Shiki & Quattro
During Scenario 4 - Nouet Sea convince Quattro with Shu.
Zwarth Custom & Bern Bunnings
After Scenario 4 - Nouet Sea choose 「そうですね」 and during Scenario 6 - Knight of Vengeance convince Bern with Shu.
Nols or Gildora
During Scenario 9 - Nors Conquers destroy the Moving Fortress for the Nols otherwise you get the Gildora.
Sazabi & Doven Wolf
During Scenario 10 - Dark Whispers defeat the enemies within 7 turns. You can only get the Sazabi if you have convinced Quattro and the Doven Wolf if you have convinced Jerid.
Solgady & Ahmed
During Scenario 13 - Jihad convince Ahmed with Shu.
Keep Saphine
Saphine's level must be 30 or more at the start of Scenario 16 - Treason.
