Secret Scenarios
Secret Scenarios are hidden stages in the game, unlocked via special conditions. They do not have SR Points, but most result in additional units.
Secret Scenario: Black Brave Express
Chapter 17A : Clear the chapter with Maito, Tribomber and Guard Driver having a total score of at least 60.
Chapter 17B : Clear the chapter with Maito, Tribomber and Guard Driver having a total score of at least 50.
Note - Characters gain kill counts automatically if you don't choose their route splits when they rejoin. So if their added kill counts combined from those gained from not choosing their route split with their combined kill counts before the route split add up to, or are greater, than 60 by the end of Scenario 17, when the route split ends, you will still unlock the Secret Scenario: Black Brave Express.
Secret Scenario: Thought Patterns
Sousuke must shoot down Gauron on Scenario 25. Sousuke, Kurtz, and Mao might need ??? combined kills.
Special Scenario: New Force
Only available if you have the Special Scenario: Galvanizing Hope unlocked.
Special Scenario: A New Hope Grows
Only available if you don't have the Special Scenario: Galvanizing Hope unlocked.
Secret Scenario: Come the Messenger
Scenario 39 : Defeat the 9th or 10th Angel with Shinji, and Shinji having Ace pilot status. OR defeat both 9th and 10th Angel with Shinji (no need ace pilot).
Secret Scenario: Supporting a Long Journey
Fulfill first part of Melda early recruitment
Fulfill either one of these condition: Fulfill second part of Melda early recruitment or Okita obtained ace pilot status by chapter 42.
Stages 50 - 52 Fierce Battles Ahead
By Stage 50, have 25 Ace Pilots and on Scenario 47: The Future have Yamato use the Wave Motion Cannon.
Automatically unlocked from the 2nd playthrough carryover and onward.
Secret Characters
Melda early recruitment (Chapter 28A)
Chapter 8A/8B : Kill at least one enemy with Melda (cannot use support attack)
Chapter 28A : Shot down Melda with Yamamoto Akira.
Jerid Messa with Byalant Custom and Yazan Gable with Hambrabi
Full Frontal with Neo Zeong
Chapter 36 : Attack Frontal with Kamille, Amuro and Banagher.
Chapter 38B : Attack Frontal with Kamille, Amuro, Judau, Hathaway and Banagher.
Will obtain it on 50B even if you miss it, free pass for 2nd play though and below.
Lane with Penelope
Have Hathaway fight Lane and deliver the final blow on Lane whenever you see him on the battle field / stage.
You will get Lane before the start of stage 40 (Ground Route)
Jill
Chapter 35 : Fulfill all 3 conditions. Attack Salia, Ersha, and Chris with either Ange, Hlida, Rosalie or Vivian.
Chapter 37C : Fulfill all 4 conditions. Attack Salia, Ersha and Chris with Ange. Attack Chris with either Hlida or Rosalie (or maybe both, not fully sure what the text means).
Chapter 38C : Defeat Salia with Jill.
Free pass for 2nd play though and below.
Kaworu Nagisa as Evangelion Unit 13's sub-pilot
Chapter 39 : Defeat the 9th or 10th Angel with Shinji, and Shinji having Ace pilot status. OR defeat both 9th and 10th Angel with Shinji (no need ace pilot).
Clear the Secret Scenario: Come the Messenger
Tieria Erde as 00 Qanta's sub pilot
Secret Units
Full Armor ZZ Gundam
Chapter 35 : Fulfill all 3 conditions.
Obtain at least 3 Marida points.
Judau obtain ace pilot.
ZZ Gundam obtain custom bonus.
Alpha Azieru
Chapter 31A: Attack Loni with both Banagher and Hathaway after she goes berserk.
Chapter 38B : Persuade Loni with either Banagher or Hathaway, then defeat her with either one of them (the bible seems to say any pilot but I think it's safer to defeat her with one of the 2).
Xi Gundam Missile Pod
Chapter 31A : Attack Lane with Hathaway, both survived for that particular attack.
As long as that condition is met, you will get the missile pod at the start of 38B, Even if you went A or C route, you will still get the attack after reunited.
Will obtain it on 50B even if you miss it. Free pass for 2nd play though and below.
Black Mightgaine
Clear the Secret Scenario: Black Brave Express and Black Mightgaine will join on Scenario 28: The Clash of Right and Wrong or Scenario 33: Take Flight Brave Heros if you chose to remain in the UC dimension during the route split.
Bonta-kun early recruitment with additional attack
Clear Chapter 27 with Sousuke having score of at least 40 Plus total score of FMP crew (all 5 of them) having a total score of at least 100.
Evangelion Unit 13
Chapter 39 : Defeat the 9th or 10th Angel with Shinji, and Shinji having Ace pilot status. OR defeat both 9th and 10th Angel with Shinji (no need ace pilot).
Clear the Secret Scenario: Come the Messenger
Savage (Crossbow)
Chapter 31A : Kill at least one enemy with Savage Crossbow (cannot use support attack).
Secret Weapons
Phase Transition Cannon for Nadesico
Ruri Hoshino becomes an Ace Pilot by Scenario 37.
Will obtain it on 50B even if you miss it, free pass for 2nd play though and below.
Secret Parts
Super Alloy Z
In Scenario 29, move Boss Borot onto a Kurogane Spa tile.
