Note: This list is by no means complete yet.
Also, I started editing them in originally, but do we really need all of the super-minor characters here? I think I overdid it a bit, and now I'm thinking we should only include the "important" ones, IE playable characters and enemies/NPCs with more than a minor influence on the plot. Thoughts?
