Super Robot Wars/Z/Squad Leader Bonus

Each pilot has a platoon leader effect. This is a bonus that is applied to the platoon when the pilot in question becomes platoon leader. The bonus varies by pilot.

Battleships give off platoon leader effects to units within their fields designated by the yellow tiles around the ship.

Some unit special abilities have an effect on all units in the platoon.

• Platoons with a unit that have a Repair/Resupply device recover some HP/EN at the start of each player phase.
• Platoons with a unit that has a Lifter function will have the movement type of all its units change to Sky and the terrain suitability of its mechs and weapons change to A (Sky).
• Platoons with a unit that has Jamming function will have a 10% bonus added to the final accuracy and evasion rate of all its units.
