Base EXP gained when an ally unit defeats an enemy unit of same level is 90.
- Ally level greater than enemy level: 90 / ([Level difference] ^ 2)
- Ally level less than enemy level: 90 * 3.75 * (1 + 0.2 * ([Level difference] - 1))
