Pilot Innate Skills (Cannot be purchased)

Skill Japanese Description
SP Recovery SP回復 Recover 10 Spirit Points every turn.
Very Lucky 強運 +20% Money earned. Does not stack with Luck.
Commander 指揮官 Projects a command field. Units within the field recieve a bonus to Hit and Evade rates depending on distance from commander. Size and effect of field improves with each level.
Tactical Command 戦術指揮 Able to use special command "Tactical Command". The commands "Offense", "Defense", and "All-Out Attack" affect allied units in the designated area for 1 turn. Does not affect the user.
ESPer 超能力 Increased Hit and Evade rates. Improves with each level up to level 9.
Super A-class ESPer 超A級超能力 Grants the effects of ESPer level 9 and recovers 10 SP every turn.
Gamer ゲーマー +10 to Skill when Will reaches 130.
Game Champ ゲームチャンプ +30 to Skill when Will reaches 130.
Oversense オーバーセンス Increases Hit and Evade rates, the strength of Photon Mat and attack power of certain weapons. Improves with each level up to level 9.
Negotiator ネゴシエーター -3 Will from any opponent you get into battle with. If a Negotiator is on the map at the end of a stage, mech repair costs are reduced to 0.
Newtype ニュータイプ Increased Hit and Evade rates, also gives bonuses to the range of certain weapons. Improves with each level up to level 9.
SEED SEED At 130+ Will, multiplies damage dealt by 1.1x, and +20% to final Hit/Dodge/Critical Rates.
Precision Attack 精密攻撃 Critical hits deal 1.5x damage.
Aggressive Beast 野生化 At 130+ Will, multiplies damage dealt by 1.1x.
Spiral Energy 螺旋力 Increases Hit rate and reduces damage taken.
President 社長 After clearing a map, all sortied pilots gain PP +5.
Salaryman サラリーマン Each level up, every 10 enemy units killed or completion of a map, the pilot gains PP +3.
Abnormal Survivor 異能生存体 When HP is below 10%, +30 to Hit and Evade and +20 to Melee, Ranged, Defense and Skill

Purchasable Skills

Blocking ブロッキング 60 PP Activates Shield Defense or Sword Cut if the unit has a shield or sword equipped. Activation rate depends on difference in Skill.
Prevail 底力 20 (+10) PP Depending on how low the unit's HP is, Hit/Evade/Crit/Armor stats will be raised.
Support Attack 援護攻撃 100 (+20) PP Allows the pilot to provide offensive support to an adjacent ally. Maximum level is 4.
Attack Again 再攻撃 200 PP Allows the pilot to provide offensive support for himself if Skill stat is 20 or better than enemy.
Support Defend 援護防御 100 (+20) PP Allows the pilot to provide defensive support to an adjacent ally. Maximum level is 4.
SP Up SPアップ 60 (+10) PP Increases the pilot's maximum Spirit Points by 5 per level.
Counter カウンター 20 (+10) PP Allows the pilot to attack first when targeted by the enemy. Activation rate depends on Counter level and difference in Skill.
Resolve 闘爭心 100 PP Will+10 at beginning of stage
Battle Spirit 戦意高揚 100 PP From turn 2 onwards, Will+3 every turn.
Will+ (Evade) 気力+(回避) 80 PP Will+1 when unit evades attack.
Will+ (Hit) 気力+(命中) 80 PP Will+1 when unit hits enemy.
Will+ (Damaged) 気力+(ダメージ) 80 PP Will+2 when unit is damaged by enemy.
Will+ (Destroyed) 気力+(撃破) 80 PP Will+1 when enemy is destroyed.
E Save Eセーブ 180 PP EN usage for weapons decreased to 80%. Cannot be learnt if pilot cannot use a unit that has EN-consuming attacks.
B Save Bセーブ 180 PP All weapon ammo multiplied 1.5x (rounded down). Cannot be learnt if pilot cannot use a unit that has ammo-consuming attacks.
Cooperative Attack 連携攻撃 200 PP When doing a support attack, a critical hit is guaranteed. Does not apply to Attack Again.
Predict 見切リ 150 PP At 130+ Will, Hit, Evade and Critical rates are increased by 10%.
Will Limit Break 気力限界突破 150 PP Will limit is raised from 150 to 170.
Ignore Size Penalty サイズ差無視 200 PP When attacking a larger enemy, penalties to damage dealt are ignored.
Guard ガード 150 PP At 130+ Will, damage received is reduced to 80%.
Spiritual Fortitude 精神耐性 100 PP Status effects that effect the pilot (SP Drain/Will Drain/Stat Down) are nullified. Does not work when the skill is on a sub-pilot.
Mechanic 修理技能 100 PP When Repair command is used, the HP regenerated will be 1.5 times the normal amount. Cannot be learnt if pilot cannot use a unit that can repair.
Refueler 補給技能 180 PP Allows the pilot to resupply other units after moving. Cannot be learnt if pilot cannot use a unit that can resupply.
Parts Supply パーツ供給 120 PP Able to use consumable parts on adjacent units.
Continuous Action 連続行動 300 PP At 120+ Will, this skill grants a pilot one additional action if he/she successfully makes a kill. This can only be done once per turn per phase. Does not activate again if you change pilots. (Will is measured after the action, not before; if making a kill raises the pilot's Will from 115 to 120, Continuous Action will activate.)
Dash ダッシュ 220 PP A pilot with this skill will have +1 movement to any unit that he/she uses. When said pilot reaches 130 morale, the bonus will be further enhanced to +2.
Hit & Away ヒット&アウエイ 200 PP If unit attacks first without moving, it can move after attacking.

Skill Detail
