When a pilot levels up, all of their stats usually increase by 1 and they gain 2-4 points that can be allocated to any stat. The max level in Panzer Warfare is 50 and Alma is likely to be the only pilot to reach that level due to having the spirit command Gain.

Effects of points in each stat
| Stat | Effect |

| Melee | Improves the attack power of the pilot's melee attacks |
| Range | Improves the attack power of the pilot's ranged attacks |
| Accuracy | Improves hit rate |
| Evasion | Improves evasion rate |
| Skill | Improves critical hit rate and pilot skills can be learned earlier |
| Spirit Points | Total spirit points increase by 1 per point |
- How much a unit's attack power increases is different for each unit
- Spirit Points are much lower in Panzer Warfare compared to super robot wars. Most pilots start with ~10 SP at level 1 and SP improves by 1 per level.
