Upon completion of the game, you will be prompted that loading a Game Clear save will let you start over, keeping Pilot Kills, Skill Items (unused ones remain on the inventory while used ones remain on the pilot's skills), and a portion of funds dependent on clear count
All upgrades made are undone, and the funds refunded(to a point), all Power Parts are lost, and all Levels reset
Pilots keep Kills and Skills even when spawned as enemies, and items applied to Lamia don't transfer to Axel, instead they apply to Axel's rival Lamia, and vice versa.
