Fully upgrading any one unit's stats to 10 levels will allow you to choose one of the following bonuses:
- Set all terrain adaptabilities to A
- Increase the unit's HP by 2000
- Increase the unit's EN by 150
- Increase the unit's Mobility by 20
- Increase the unit's Armor by 500
Fully upgrading from 0 to 10 levels on any unit should cost a maximum of 676,000
