Advice
Takuma has high defense as his main defining feature. He’s slow, so many of your characters can lap him and his Special Move will charge slowly. He can trigger Bullseye often, so have your bulky characters tank a hit from him to expend it, then you can let your dodge characters attack freely. His range is 1-4 so it will be difficult to attack outside of his range, however his Special Move is 1-1 so you can let it hit who you wish pretty easily. It has a considerable damage buff, so let someone tank it with a defensive Spirit. Once he triggers Wall and Focus, you may want to let him wear it out so just run away from him until the Spirits run off if you must. Reducing his Defense with debuffs is recommended.
With part 2 released, we have increased enemy stats to worry about and not much else. Behemoth hits hard, especially with his Special Move, but his Accuracy is pretty terrible. The catch is that he casts Bullseye every 3 turns, so you have to consider that when choosing who to place in front of him to tank his next attack. Alternate between a Defense tank and a Dodge tank while wailing on him with two attackers. So long as Bullseye isn’t active, he likely won’t hit your dodger.
His Break Gauge is pretty huge, so it’ll take time to wear it down. For me I kept encountering the problem of when I wore his Break Gauge down, he then used his Wall spirit command and brought up his Defense until his Break Gauge would recover on its own. So my advice is that, if you’re trying to defeat him quickly, don’t try to save your Specials until his Break Gauge is down, just attack him relentlessly as if it wasn’t there. People that can inflict Defense Down are especially effective here.
