Super Robot Wars/Z2.2/Pilot Stat Growth Rate

Growth Type Description
Standard Sub-pilots only. SP increases by the standard amount.
Fighter - Evasion Gains more Melee and Evasion stat increases.
Fighter - Defense Gains more Melee and Defense stat increases.
Fighter - Late-Bloomer Gains less Melee, Defense, Evasion and SP increases until around Level 50 (60 for SP) where it will gain more stat increases than the other Fighter growth rates.
Shooter - Evasion Gains more Range and Evasion stat increases.
Shooter - Defense Gains more Range and Defense stat increases.
Shooter - Late-Bloomer Gains less Range, Defense, Evasion and SP increases until around Level 50 (60 for SP) where it will gain more stat increases than the other Shooter growth rates.
Balanced - Avoid Gains more Evasion stat increases. Melee/Range stat gains less increase than the Fighter/Shooter growth but more increase than Shooter/Fighter growth.
Balanced - Defense Gains more Defense stat increases. Melee/Range stat gains less increase than the Fighter/Shooter growth but more increase than Shooter/Fighter growth.

SP Focus - Evasion Gains more SP and Evasion increases but less Melee and Range increases. Melee stat growth is identical to Shooter-type rates and Range stat growth is identical to Fighter-type rates.
SP Focus - Defense Gains more SP and Defense increases but less Melee and Range increases. Melee stat growth is identical to Shooter-type rates and Range stat growth is identical to Fighter-type rates.
