Hello Jade,

First of all I applaud your attempt at making this page but I'm afraid your work is going to run into a number of problems.

However, it seems like you assume there is a simple trigger for reinforcements. Unfortunately, that is not the case. I actually have compiled a nearly complete (I think) list of the events in V and it is much more complicated than that. There are usually 2 or 3 porssible triggers for an event. For example, on scenario 13 you say "Shoot down enough dragons" but it is actually "Defeat 4 dragons OR Turn 4 starts". And that's a simple case. Scenario 7 has 3 possible triggers for reinforcements : Turn 4 starts, or Yamato moves within 14 squares of goal, or Le chevalier's HP falls below 17500. And it can get a lot worse than that. I seem to recall scenarios with up to 5 or 6 triggers, several based on various enemy HP.

Of course if you want to keep at it feel free but please be aware the info here is complex and needs to be very thoroughly researched in order not to miss anything. Putting forth incomplete information might actually confuse some players rather than help.

I have applied formating styles to your page. First of all to scenario names so they match the standardised styles used in the complete flow chart which is now the standard for chart formating. Secondly I have revamped the way you present reinforcements to try to improved it's readability. This notably includes coloring the line headers for allies and enemies to make it clearer. This may not be to the liking of all, I think it should be discussed on Discord (I really urge you to go there on the wiki sub-channel). It is however extremely easy for me to remove that particular edit throughout the page (I can do it in less than 1 minute :p) so that can be changed if need be.

However, I still think there is a lot of margin for improvement regarding readability. Feel free to check things out and see if it can bring added clarity and remember Discord is a good place to ask questions and to get other contributors' opinions.

If you have any questions contact me on this page or better yet on Discord. I'll try to keep an eye out.

Regards

Silverclaw

Hi, Silverclaw.

Thanks for the formatting, now the info is a lot better presented indeed.

The main purpose of the chart was to compile the deployment slots you get in every stage the game, since a lot of times in these games you run into issues like having to deploy units you never use or ending up having to deploy more units in the latter stages than the ones you normally do during the rest of the game, and lo and behold, both things do happen in this game. Since I couldn't find the info here or in any Japanese wiki, I decided to do this page myself while I was playing the game, and while I was doing it I thought that it could be useful to note down the money and items enemies carry, so that's why the info about the initial stages is missing and why the info I collected it's pretty sketchy on the early stages, like the requirements in stage 13 you mentioned, for example, and more detailed in the latter ones. I'm aware of the different event requirements and I tried to document as many as I could, but since all I could do was to experiment myself and I don't have much time to play nowadays due to work, so I'm afraid I won't be able to complete the entire chart. Still, I'm pretty sure some info is better than no info, and the deployment data, which was my main objective, is accurate. I've finished one run of the game, so I'll put a warning on top of the chart explaining that it's incomplete and what's missing, hoping that you guys can fill in the blanks as time goes on.

Thanks for your continued efforts!

Jade Knight.
