I think the 00 Quan[T] ace bonus listed here is wrong. I'm playing the JP version and it's nearly a copy-paste of the Shin Dragon bonus: +100EN, surrounding allies recover 20EN per turn; nothing about preventing status effects. I tested this on stage 48 and confirmed that units surrounding the 00 Quan[T] do gain 20EN a turn, but adjacent units are still affected by the ELS morale drain.
